Statex Bale Management software helps in the selection of bales for a particular mix from the available stock. Once the datas are received from HVI / MVI in the software, classification of bales in groups are done with user defined criteria.

Statex Lab data software can be connected with Statex CSP System and it is intended for quick analysis of tested results done in different departments. The user friendly "Windows based software" has been provided for conducting majority of the quality control tests like wrapping test in slivers, roving,yarn etc. Noil testing at comber, roving stretch test at simplex, autoleveller tests at drawframe with better representation. Provision for designing the printout formats as per user's choice.

In case of draw frame, autoleveller tests potentiometer readings can also be given for each test and the same can be seen in graphical form for knowing its change in trend

SQC Software
 

Statex SQC software for twist tester is a windows based software used for detailed analysis of test results obtained from Microprocessor Twist Tester. It is possible to store the TPI/TPM results department wise and it can be retrieved whenever required. Numerical and graphical forms of reports like daily report and periodical report is available . It helps the mill personnel in analysing the change in spinning trend, which in turn helps to supply quality yarn. Since it is computerised manual errors are avoided.
